Deere & Company presented Steinwall with the 2009 Supplier of the Year award at a celebration luncheon March 8, 2010. This award is the highest supplier rating Deere & Company bestows.

Several factors entered into Deere’s decision; on-time delivery, part quality, cost reduction efforts, relationship ease, and technical contributions. Excellence in these 5 categories earned 79 of their 4,400 global suppliers the honor of being named a partner-level supplier. But then the 79 partner suppliers are reviewed for just that little extra that placed them above the rest.
It was Steinwall’s year to be honored.

Five members of the Seeding Division of John Deere arrived in Coon Rapids for the celebration. Several Steinwall stakeholders also enjoyed the luncheon. It truly is a team effort; resin suppliers, mold makers, and community members all came together to support the Deere vision.
