Experience: Don has 11 years mold making experience and has spent the last 8 years in engineering management. Don specializes in engineering consulting with customers on part design to enhance manufactuarability. Other responsibilities include management of "new programs" beginning with design through completion. We have found that the early involvement in the design phase of new programs leads to reduced lead time and enhanced manufacturability of products. Heidi Allen: Quality Engineering Manager

Education: BS in Manufacturing Engineering and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She is a Certified Manufacturing Technologist through the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and is a Certified Internal Auditor for the ISO 9001:2000 standard.

Heidi oversees our Quality Department. She uses her manufacturing and quality experience to create control plans for inspection and create/revise Bill of Materials. She is a liaison between customers quality engineers and Steinwall and is always looking for ways to improve processes.

Education: B.S. in International Business (Marketing emphasis), and a B.A. in Spanish from Minnesota State University, Mankato, MN. She is currently pursuing her Master’s certification in Organizational and Developmental Management at Capella University.

Lisa utilizes her human relations talents with both internal and external customers. While managing numerous Steinwall accounts, she is stepping into the role of Human Resources Manager. She also provides Spanish translation and support for Steinwall’s award-winning software e-Trainment™.
